Matters Arising

MS We are able to use the clubs gambling license. Bugle QR code for members meetings MR to upload a QR code.

MS answered a previous question regarding club information. MS was informed by members of the leadership group that information would come from the club in Q1 Jan to Mar 26. The trust were informed that information would come out in January but it was not forthcoming, the trust has asked the club again for clarity.

The focus is on football matters

Interviews are taking place for a facilities person within the club and a safeguarding officer.

MS Priority games used, should do more in terms of communication with people who don’t renew and find out why they haven’t renewed?

Away travel

Rochdale was a success-arrived in plenty of time and made a profit of £176

Hartlepool going well and we should break even

We are planning to run buses to Hartlepool, Halifax and Morecambe.

All feedback up to now has been positive.

CW praised the team for the way they were managing the away travel

RP do we know what percentage of travellers are members?

MR 35% Rochdale and 25% Gateshead

SJ can I propose ‘Events’ as a new group. This will be to look at fan days and sportsman dinners etc we could set up a future working group

CUSG Update

Contribution to the Heritage group MS stated that it would be a good opportunity for the Trust to take the lead so would suggest we donate £500, this was unanimous from all members
