Club Matters by DM as per MS update
There were 2 new appointments within the club, a new facilities manager and a new safeguarding officer were appointed.
The Southend turnout was fantastic

The focus is still on a return to the EFL
The awards night was very well attended
Peter Dunn has left the club (data analyst), the Trust would like to thank him for his help and assistance with the defibs.

Away travel
MR gave an update on the away travel 1x 48-seater bus went to Hartlepool, £150 profit due to the extras tuck shop etc.
Halifax tickets are now on sale, and the hope is that we break even with that. With the running total of £1009 in profit, WhatsApp group will be set up next year for priority.
Hospitality / Competition spins
SJ On Monday night the last remaining draws for home games were completed. There were 4 shirt winners, all the kids’ sizes are available.
SJ On the last game of the season do we want to have people in the boardroom, there has been good feedback from past boardroom winners. The 21st will now be the Cumbrian lounge for the next home game.

Plaques/Memory garden area
MRPoor decision from the Heritage group to put the turnstile in the way of the plaques. The response on the FB group was terse, it is a memory garden not a heritage garden. BA the turnstile should be moved not the plaques. SJ can we make it more formal, can we tell the Heritage Group that the turnstile should be moved.
DMto email families to discuss where the plaques might need to move to.
DM People who look after the memory garden need to be more proactive; DM will write to the group and NC with regards to this.
SJ There is limited space already for the plaques.
DM In terms of the accounts, these are now complete and are for review, there are 3 sets to review.
DM does travel require a separate account? There is a surplus of funds due to the trust membership growing from previous years.
SJ Season ticket holders, are the club looking at a £10 game going forward?
