AGM working group pull forward to Sept 2026?
Club Matters by MS
In terms of the club’s accounts, the £5million loss is representative of the works that had gone on around the club
CW we were asked to vote at very short notice regarding the allocation of ‘B’ shares, it was voted on in the WhatsApp group which isn’t what should happen, it needs to be logged properly going forward.
MS clubs accounting practices need to be clearer and better.
Changes have been made, cost management and revenue growth have already started to happen
Play off planning has already started, and some questions on ticketing still to be answered.
The trust would like to pay gratitude to Nigel Clibbens and wish him well in his next chapter.
There is likely to be a fans forum on the 21st or 22nd April to be announced, this will be streamed and in person.
MR Will the trust have a role to play at the fans forum
There will be a tightening of security for the boardroom, the winners of the boardroom experience will be handed over

Membership
DM it appears someone joined for briefing only to buy tickets for the bus.
Do we need to delete the briefing only from the memberships? MR would be pointless, we need to write to members and offer discount. RP Don’t offer discount and I think we should get rid of it.
MS we used to have newsletters that went out, we could offer some discount going forward. CW Give members a week to upgrade, target the individuals rather than tell all the members via socials
A vote was motioned regarding offering 1 week upgrade and a 25% discount, this vote was unanimous.

Away travel
MR this is now finished for the season
There were 8 buses and a profit was made on all of them with exception of Halifax. Possible cause was that the Halifax tickets were on the day so people didn’t travel
The break down is a s follows
£1385.85 on tickets over those buses.
£254 in fees
There were 780 seats sold and 41% of those were already members of the trust
£338 on football cards and tuck shop, there was very good feedback on the socials
MS the club have had good feedback directly
SJ Are we looking at setting up a separate bank account
MR We could also do a draw for people who travel and offer them membership
DM Discuss this for next season what the offerings might be when we know what league we will play in
A big thank you from all on the board of the trust to MR, MS & DM for the way the travel has been managed.
Hospitality / Competition spins
SJ all winners have been called for United lounge and Boardroom, all the shirts have been sourced and there are 2 to collect. The players breakfast went really well. The timings for the last match are required
Membership

Members meeting
DM Fans forum will take precedence X Space could be fitted in prior to Truro and the forum, take it Comms and bring it back to the board once decided.
