Dates for meetings to be published
MR fanzone presence gazebo will be replaced
DM we need a permanent presence, maybe look into a shipping container
RP we could look at selling merchandise from the hatch MR this would need to be progressed through the chair and through NC
RP An idea from Port Vale and a few other clubs where they include your name on the team sheet SJ no team photo opportunity, rules would need to be looked at if it is another draw.
DM spoke to the council regarding licences for draws, the cost is £80 for 3 years.
London branch pricing for plaques is £50 which is fair so nothing is changing.
