DM Succession planning has been added to the action tracker. MS what do the club expect from us? in progress and will be added to the governance group.

Club Matters by MS
The mood around the club has changed, everyone seems to be very happy behind the scenes.
Amy Hall has left the club. MS explained about the marketing & media structure going forward.
SJ can the club give an injury update.
RT Are we still looking at a studio?
MS External people looking at content that the fans want
Sheepmount
MS Meeting with the council. The first team have used the new facility alongside the youth team, the ground seemed a bit dry.
Offer of defibs went down really well and there will be good comms coming out soon.
SJ Are the club going to hold open training?
A-Stand
MS Boreham Wood have not publicised the ticketing website, they will turn up on the day.
SJ Where will the school kids go?
MS They will be housed in a different part of the ground
RT Will the netting be removed in the East stand?
MS Probably not as this is sponsored by McKnights but, it may be placed further to the end of the East stand off the pitch.

Relevance and Improvements
CA/MS Feedback model, how do we track feedback and prove that we have delivered it to the club. A new feedback app has been developed. Member emails come in and they get sent to feedback to be tracked, there is a physical log of how many comments have been actioned and how many have not been actioned. Will be good to prove fan satisfaction and will aide content for MS to provide data to the club
CW stated that it is a good idea but it needs discussing further and placed in the relevance group and the newsletter
RP What responses are we looking at for fan sentiment, are we trying to prove what fans actually think?
CA/SJ We can put a feedback form on the website CW Members info could be placed in a QR.
MS Could we set up email rules to forward to the correct email address.
MS We will get documented replies
RP We could type the replies out whilst at the gazebo as long as we do it from the CUST account
MS We could have specific topics e.g. there is a new pint in the bar what do you think? The sentiment data will give us trends

Membership
MS All members that are not season ticket holders have now been tagged for priority
CW Do we know the conversion rate from family to individual
DM The kids seem to have been left out of the renewals going forward, a lot are asking what the under 15s get for the money?

TW/CW Shared role profiles to be discussed further
CW Skills audit has been uploaded to Teams
MS Could we traffic light on individual scores for the skills audit. Do we want to set expectation spending time with members who have the correct skills
CW Hospitality draws process is not being followed
RP As long as there are 2 people and it is recorded
CW The draw should be concluded prior to the board meeting so it can be recorded in the minutes.
MS A group of 4 people should have a meeting prior to the board meeting then, those board members can send out emails.
DM to email the last winner to see if they can do the BH game

CW Baton of hope, suicide prevention day the 7th of September
CA Defibs, Sept St John Ambulance want to come back to BP. 18th of Oct North West Ambulance want to do something called ‘start a heart’ could we get a player involved, it is the Forest Green game at home?
DM spoke to NC at the club regarding the container it is currently no. Further discussion is required.
