CA Replies to emails and the double up function has now been rectified, wording needs to be approved.
DM Succession planning has been added to the action tracker as this needs to be worked on in the coming weeks.
Club Matters by MS
MS attended the club on Tues
The club are working with and taking advice from, some reputable people in regard to the review of the club. The in-depth review is nearing completion
Sheepmount.
The grass is now being cut, it appears that pitch 1 isn’t growing that much, the club are working with the local fire service who, are running a training course nearby and have asked if they can water the pitch.
Carlisle Weekender Acts now announced, ticket sales started. Discount available for weekend ticket over individual day tickets. Club is the venue, it has been organised with a commercial contact. It is good for the city and we hope to have this as a permanent fixture in the community.
Season tickets are sitting at 800 sold so far.
Branding There will be branding changes around the ground. The club are looking at the corporate side of the business to see if we can make improvements
Memory Garden Extension – Work starting with volunteers. Twice as big. Monument/sculpture for former players/managers etc

Financial/Cash in the bank
£14.613 after £1600 paid to CUFC & £500 paid to sum up
DM now has full access to the banking system; we can now start adding the other members who require this access for financial reporting purposes.

Note Videos, members helping with videos we now require expression of interest.
CA In terms of IT the wording for auto reply for emails needs to be agreed.
Invite expression of interest for co-opt members DM /TW a role profile has been produced for this.
In terms of the the News & Star trust column, the question was raised by CW whether we carry on with this. MR stated that we might consider it going to monthly to mirror the newsletter, the general consensus was that we carry on with this but look at timings and content.
CW asked what the reach of the column was with the News & Star, RP to ask the question to Jon Coleman
MS asked that the membership group, hold a discussion on how people cancel their membership. He was getting a lot of people asking this question to him.
MS raised the question regarding the organizing of travel next season and whether this could be looked at by members of the trust. Further discussion to take place. CW stated it would require a working party going forward.

RP There are some statements about being too close to the club. Other than that it is mostly good. If Sunday doesn’t work for people, we might try a Friday.
In terms of meetings there is a Teams meeting planned for the 27th May, physical meeting June / July AGM is physical. CA

Defibrillator update
CA asked if we could get the defibs ordered, we will purchase 5 number.
MS to investigate the electrical works to install the cabinets for the defibs
Agreed by all that, CA should be the face representing the trust on defibs, acknowledged that he has put an enormous amount of effort into this. CA also confirmed that, St John Ambulance are looking at presenting another session on defibs in September
